Moving Bin Rental

$30 per bin rental fee. Continue reading below for full terms and conditions for Bin Rentals.

Bin Rental Deposit: A deposit of $30 per bin is required upon ordering. This deposit is fully refundable once the bins are returned in good condition.

Delivery: Bins can be delivered to either residential or commercial locations on the date specified by the customer during checkout. Our team will ensure timely delivery to meet your moving needs.

Packing and Moving: Customers are responsible for packing the bins themselves. On the scheduled moving day, MyProMovers will transport the packed bins along with any additional items such as furniture. If you prefer not to pack yourself, our professional movers can handle the packing for you at an additional service fee.

Free Usage Period: Customers have 48 hours after the delivery of bins to complete their unpacking. This 48-hour period is free of charge.

Late Return Fees: After the initial 48 hours, a rental fee of $0.30 per bin per day will apply until all bins are returned. Bins must be returned in the same condition as received.

Bin Pickup: Bins will be picked up by MyProMovers once unpacking is complete. You can request same-day or next-day bin pickup after your move. If you prefer a longer rental period, the additional daily fee will apply.

Optional Unpacking Service: For customers who prefer not to unpack, our movers can provide unpacking services and arrange for bin pickup the same day or the next day, upon request.

Payment and Refunds: Payments for bin rentals are processed through our shop. For additional services such as extra rental time or packing/unpacking, please contact MyProMovers at 703-310-7333 or email sales@mypromoversdc.com. Deposit refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the bins are returned in good condition.

Order Modifications and Cancellations: Customers must cancel their bin rental orders at least 72 hours before the scheduled move date to receive a full refund.
